Votes on the list and rankings on re-ranks should be based on the beauty of the Penthouse Pet at the time they were featured in Penthouse Magazine, not present day. Obviously, a Penthouse Pet from last year may be more attractive today than a Pet from the '70s, but this is a comparison that makes little sense.
